Security
For your peace of mind the electric car park gate will be operated via close proximity card for both access and egress with a 'Teleguard' audio entry phone system to main entrance. Close Circuit Television cameras will be installed to be viewed by the purchaser's own TV. All apartments have security bolts, a cylinder dead lock and door viewer on their external doors and mains operated smoke alarm. An independent alarm system will be installed in ground floor apartments.
